A voice in every picture.
TalkingTiles turns a tap on a picture into a spoken word, so a child who doesn’t speak can still say what they think, want, and feel.

This is the real thing — the same symbols and the same sentence strip the app uses.

What it does
Built for the people who actually use it
Tap to speak
Every tile says its word the moment it’s tapped. No menus, no setup, nothing to learn first.
Build a sentence
Words stack in the strip along the top. Press play and the whole sentence is spoken at once.
14 boards, 240 symbols
Food, feelings, people, places, verbs, clothes, colours, letters and numbers — each on its own board.
31 languages
Switch language and voice in a tap, and set the speaking speed and pitch to suit the listener.
Fits the child
Choose how many tiles fill a row, how big the symbols are, and how large the labels read.
A lock for grown-ups
Put a PIN on Settings so a curious tap can’t change the voice or wipe a saved phrase.
On your device
The same app on a phone or a tablet
Tile size adapts to the screen, so a 13-inch tablet gets big, easy targets and a phone stays reachable one-handed.
